Globalization is the process by which regional economies, societies, and cultures have become integrated through a global network of political ideas through communication, transportation and trade. Also globalization can be seen as the migration of people into another country that they are not citizens of. But till this day, nothing of this has stop and it won’t!
Teen pregnancy is a huge issue not only around states but now all over the world. Young girls become pregnant and don’t know what to do; birth control can help them prevent this type of mistakes. For example, most of public schools provide condoms and all types of protection to not get pregnant. But it seems that not even that is helping to prevent teens to become pregnant. They don’t take responsibility of what they’re doing.
Globalization impacts the problem that surrounds my chosen issue because many teen agers are being affected by being pregnant at a young age. Our society percentage keeps going higher and higher. United States has the highest rate of the Western industrialized world, 80% pregnancy are unwanted. Children suffer from health and education problems; they are most likely to grow up in poverty. This is globalization because the cultures are being affected by this issue around the world. Other states have tried to stop this issue from expanding even more but nothing is possible.
Globalization could be change, if a group of people would gather together and focus on this issue, but nothing else but this. That way it can be solve in a matter of time, to prevent and stop all this teen pregnancy. Or at least other ways how to lower the percentage of it. If a few people from each country would find a way then this issue would be better solve. This issue being solved would change the percentage of graduates from high school and college. Fewer children in poverty and also less children abuse. Kids with suffering will come to an end and teen agers would be able to enjoy there beautiful years of life just being a “teen ager”!
